Gr8 ride last Thurs. – some of us roadies from First Trax in West Dover (Mount Snow land) joined the Battenkill group for their annual Solstice celebration ride. For me it was a first – up Rupert followed by another first – an excelerating dip in the limestone quarry – after 45mi. on the bike my legs were wobbly — but the quarry has magical healing powers and I felt like a new woman! Thank you to all the roadies who I drafted behind on my longest bike ride of the season <3
