Welcome to Battenkill Sports Bicycle Shop.
Our mission is to provide everything you need to have a great cycling experience here in Manchester, Vermont.
We are about Fun, Exercise, Wellness, Commuting, Community and being Green.
If you are just starting we will help you figure out what bike you need, let you test ride a minimum of 3 bikes and provide
 a Friday 6 pm group ride with support. Amy will host a ride for beginners  Rob will lead the Re-entry ride.
If you are a regular rider we have the latest high performance bikes, clothing, shoes, helmets and bike fitting. 
Bill will lead the Group Road ride Thursday 6 pm. (once a month Potlucks)
If you are a woman we have made a great effort to have bikes and clothing specially for you..
If you are Boomer you will really like us!!!
All rides and activities are posted on the Calendar in the upper left corner of this page.(You can add events)
The 2008 Bikes are here. Shop early this year, the good stuff will be gone and no one is going to have backup.

John Sutton moved to the area recently and took up cycling.
Bill Kilday our resident Master Mechanic built him a custom bike and John started riding.
